1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pgd33, accessing the website at pgd33.app, or using any service provided by pgd33, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the pgd33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms of any active promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and pgd33 regarding your use of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

2Eligibility

To register and use a pgd33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.
• You must be a natural person registering in your own legal name and for your own personal use exclusively. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not hold a pgd33 account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to confirm the legal status of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of pgd33 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must hold only one active pgd33 account at any time, whether under your own name or any other identity. Opening a second account for any purpose, including claiming additional bonuses, is strictly prohibited.

pgd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. Accounts that fail to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pgd33 may be suspended pending verification.

3Account Registration and Security

To open a pgd33 account you must complete the registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change after registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• pgd33 will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by inadequate account security on your part.
• If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pgd33 support immediately through the Help Centre available within your logged-in account.
• pgd33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being operated fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

To close your account voluntarily, submit a request through the Help Centre. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pgd33 — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pgd33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not impose currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. pgd33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its sole discretion for security or compliance purposes.

pgd33 accepts deposits via the following BDT payment methods. Available methods and processing times are subject to change at pgd33's discretion:

• bKash — instant mobile wallet transfer. Funds are credited to your pgd33 account within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Nagad — instant mobile wallet transfer. Funds are credited within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Rocket — mobile wallet transfer. Processing times may vary depending on network conditions.
• Upay, Visa, and Mastercard — applicable processing times and any transaction fees are disclosed at the point of each transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. pgd33 may require KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. pgd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.

5Bonuses and Promotions

pgd33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated on its individual promotion page. Rollover must be completed within the promotion's validity period.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have made a qualifying deposit of the minimum amount specified on the promotion page within the promotion period. Bonuses will not be awarded retroactively.

pgd33 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where it identifies abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or any form of collusion.

6Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using pgd33. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, voiding of bets and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, including money laundering, identity fraud, or circumventing anti-money laundering controls.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, or using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Opening more than one account under any identity, whether your own name or an alias, for any purpose including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward pgd33 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the platform.

pgd33 employs real-time monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Where any prohibited conduct is detected, pgd33 may void bets, reverse winnings, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and refer matters to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities — all without prior notice.

7Responsible Gaming

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content without the prior written consent of pgd33.
• Use data mining, robots, scraping tools, or any other automated data gathering mechanism on any part of the platform.

9Account Suspension and Termination

pgd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements in Clause 2 and the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 6.
• Failure to complete age verification or KYC identity verification within the timeframe specified by pgd33.
• Opening or attempting to operate more than one account simultaneously on the pgd33 platform, regardless of the identity used.
• Where pgd33 is required to close an account by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

10Limitation of Liability

pgd33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgd33 makes no warranty — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. pgd33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Gambling involves risk and pgd33 does not guarantee that you will win.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pgd33 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if pgd33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the pgd33 platform must first be submitted to pgd33 customer support for informal resolution through the Help Centre. pgd33 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within a reasonable timeframe.

pgd33's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account standing, and platform operations is final and binding, subject to any applicable right of appeal through the formal dispute resolution process described in the Help Centre. If a formal dispute cannot be resolved informally, pgd33 will provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving the formal submission.

13Amendments to These Terms

pgd33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pgd33 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or via contact details registered to their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

14Severability and Entire Agreement
